Return & Refund Policy
Because Klassik Kustomz products are handcrafted and often customized, most sales are considered final.
However, we want every customer to have a positive experience.
Returns may be considered under the following circumstances:
• The item arrives damaged during shipping
• The wrong item was sent
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
• Unused
• In original condition
• Returned with original packaging when possible
Custom or personalized products cannot be returned.
If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
